Professional Experience
Although currently specializing in residential properties, Dominic C. Corson, ASA, has appraised most types of properties throughout the Baltimore metro area including: small farms, subdivisions, apartments, multi-family, small commercial properties, and churches. The appraiser purchased the residential division of Page Appraisal Company in July 1992 after serving as a staff appraiser from May 1986 to July 1992.  On July 1, 1992, Corson Residential Appraisers, Inc. was formed.  Before becoming a full time appraiser, the appraiser was a full time real estate agent with Merrill Lynch Realty from January 1984 to May 1986.  The appraiser also has experience as a real estate investor and seminar instructor.  Mr. Corson was awarded the 2018 "Affiliate of the Year" by the Harford County Association of Realtors.

Community Service
Aside from appraising, Mr. Corson is actively involved in the local community.  He is a Past-President and currently on the Board of Directors of the Al Cesky Scholarship Fund, Inc., Harford County's largest scholar/athlete scholarship as well as Event Organizer of the Susquehanna River Running Festival; Over the years, Mr. Corson has served as Assistant Track Coach at C. Milton Wright High School; Treasurer/Merit Badge Counselor for Boy Scout Troop 808 (son is Eagle Scout); Sunday School Teacher-High School at Lord of Life Lutheran Church.  President of his HOA.
